The Nazarene Way of Life

"During their years in Jerusalem, the Nazarenes sometimes called themselves followers of "The Way". By this, they apparently meant their way of life."   According to Acts 4:32-33:All the believers were one in heart & mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything that they had.

The stoning of Stephen, the first Christian martyr, is starkly described in Acts 7:54-60.  Jmes the son of Zebedee was put to death with a sword. Peter would have probably also been executed, but an angel came during the night and helped him escape from jail. Apparently he avoided further trouble until his later years, but finally, according to church tradition, was killed in Rome. James the Just also managed to survive the early persecutions, but was eventually killed in 62 AD.

According to legend, a modern group of Christians known as the Nazarenes of Malabar (India) was founded by the disciple Thomas in 52 AD, and thus could be an offshoot of the original Nazarenes of Jerusalem
I ask you, dear reader,to pray and consider Numbers 6 in relationship to your belief of Jesus!

Beatitudes

. So what does it mean to be poor in spirit? It means that the poor are those who realize thatthey can never achieve salvation on their own and instead put their complete faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

hey realize that all their righteousness is, as Isaiah said, like filthy rags before a holy God.
So poor in spirit means that we come to God, conscious of our sins and our utter lack of righteousness. It means that we profess that we are totally unqualified to commune with, and have fellowship with God, and that we do not deserve any of the gifts that God is trying to bestow upon us. The poor in spirit realize that all our assets are actually liabilities before God, and that we should view these assets as Paul viewed them--as loss, as garbage, as rubbish.
Do you mourn for the many sins you have committed? No one mourns unless the Holy Spirit convicts him of sin and reveals to him that he is a violator of the laws of God. We must also realize that as believers we all have violated God's law but only true Christians, under the conviction of the Holy Spirit, will realistically declare that not only are they spiritually bankrupt, but they are completely lost without Jesus Christ living in their lives. And only Christians will declare that they are by nature enemies of God, acknowledging that to sin means to set oneself against a holy God. The unbeliever on the other hand feels that this is nothing but foolishness, and he has no time for any of it. For the wicked refuse to take down such barriers to God as pride and arrogance. Psalm 10:4 "The wicked are to proud to seek God; God is in none of their thoughts."
The word meek used in Matthew 5:5 refers to a strong person who is under control--a God controlled person. A meek person is a man or woman of God whose strength is controlled by God. He or she is controlled by God in thought, word, will, emotion, and action. The meek man is one who submits, not to his own will or to the will of the world, but to the great and gracious will of God.
Jesus Christ who is dwelling within the righteous person is communicating constantly with the person's heart, conscience, soul, and spirit. The Lord is not going to let the believer just wander into sin? Jesus Christ will be talking to the believer long before the sin is even thought about. And while this is going on the Holy Spirit will be hard at work doing his guiding and his warning. This is why when a righteous believer sins, it winds up being extremely painful, usually leaving the sinner with great sorrow. Sin for the righteous believer is never worth the pain and dishonor he knows that he has brought upon the Lord.
LORD ,we come to You to thank You for Your many Blessings:please go out within us,to magnify the 4 Words here, that we may become these for others. It is in The Name of Jesus we ask & thank You,amen.

last 4 will be written about,soon..

Rev. 10:9-11

Rev 10: 9 - 11 John had become a prophet ,on Patmos:he tasted how good was The Word of God,but it turned into bitterness,as he perceived that people would not hear or believe The Word of God:so,God would not let this also be scorned:He had John eat it. How shall we know what it said? We can ask ABBA,in The Name of Jesus, and with expectation! Well put,ABBA: thank You for putting me to use!

ACTS 2:16-18 and Women

Joel 2:28 "And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.
Acts 2:16 No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
Acts 2:18 Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.

Luke 1:13-17:

This child was to drink no wine or liquor, which is probably an indicator that this son would live his life under the restrictions of a Nazirite vow, which would exclude him from many of the regular functions of society.
.Samson was a Nazarite, whose mother abstained from wine during her pregnancy. His superhuman strength lay in his long, unshorn locks (Judges ). Samuel's mother promised to dedicate him to God during his whole life, saying, "There shall no razor come upon his head" (I Sam. 1. 11); theSeptuagent concludes from the latter promise (to which it adds "he shall drink no wine") that Samuel was a Nazarite
I believe that Jesus adhered to the Nazarite vows. The Bible never mentions Him cutting His hair and His beard was pulled out during His indescribable crucifixion.
During the Jewish wedding, He turned water into wine (pure grape juice-without fermentation). The vow states that the Nazarite should abstain from strong drink (wine containing alcohol).

See Numbers 6:1-23

Acts 2: "13" Others mocking said, "These men are full of new wine."

14But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice and said unto them, "Ye men of Judea and all ye who dwell in Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words.
15For these are not drunken as ye suppose,..."
Philippians 4:18 instruct us to think on these things...
May you, dear reader, benefit from these,my SonDay afternoon reflections.
Dear ABBA,we thank You for the greatest computer evr,our human brain You gave us:may we direct all our thoughts to You,in Jesus' Name we ask & thank,Amen.

FIRST DRAFT..NO EDIT...merge with last Draft. part 2 of 3

We are a Family of Faith committed to worshipping and serving Jesus Christ. While we are mere Bible-based,with no titles or divisions,we do  join with likeminded believers in spreading The Gospel in Tampa Bay,area,Florida/USA, in our area where we live and work and around the world via interNET
Only for of these men were fishermen, yet all went(I can only imagine what it was like for those]
they attempted to return to their pre-Jesus lives, Many of us,even now, when we seem to have failed Jesus,or even fell-away attempt to return to our own pre-Jesus days. This is an act of vanity [emptiness, void]. The enemy is hot on the heels of the backslider:to make it worse, many church goers engage in unloving words and deeds to these who suffer. it is not our mission to curse these, nor doom them or do that "holier-than-thou' wicked deed!
We can not go back after knowing Jesus..we must once again, turn ourselves in,much like military do in being AWOL. Repent means 'stop, turn around,go back. We read in Mark 16:7 these Words: "But go, tell His disciples and Peter, 'He is going ahead of you to Galilee; there you will see Him, just as He told you.'"
Peter was summoned to receive his pardon from  Jesus, for his sin against Him.
This is why SOS Mission exists,to aid others in their being restored. May The LORD Guide us all toward the Mission:get The Good News of Jesus accomplished, that we can all, together be free from any eartly bondage.
Let us pray. LORD of heaven and earth,we ask You to Grant us with Your Grace on Mercy, that when one stumbls, the rest of us gather to the wounded one and comfort these in Your name of Love;fill us with tht Love, that Your Kingdom comes,no one is lost nor are any condemned. We ask and thank You,in The BeLoved Name of Jesus. Amen.

Revelation 3 & 2011 A.D.

Fire in Christianity is a symbol of purification and light, and is often equated with the Holy Ghost.
In the book of Revelations,Jesus addresses the seven churches, once of which is Laodicea

14 “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write:
These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation. 15 I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. 17 You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. 18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.
We have let out Holy Spirit Fire be flooded! We stopped public prayer in school FOR our children:we then stole the moment of silence from them,as well. We killed The Spirit of God's Freeing Spirit,we drowned it with babel. We decided to be politically correct ,and not say "under God':we have become as a fire gone cold, and as are prey for the predators of the dark, even actively engage, willfully and conciously in sin against our own flesh, let alone soul!
How then do we take back what was stolen from us? What do we need to do to CPR faith in God's Love? How shall we restore what was destroyed?
We beat our breasts and lament.
There is a way out from these chains. Jesus. Find the person we most despise because of their 'being holy' and ask for hot coals! Proverbs 25:22 points the way. In the days of that time & culture, man lived by fire, warmth, cooking, light to see by and very crucial:protection from the predators who shunned light. If your fire went out,you were in dire straights. A neighbor would bring hot coals to relight your fire.
Father,we ask that You Send Your people to go out from their own cozy campfire with Your Holy Fire, that all have their needs met and their souls restored into Your Kingdom of heaven on earth. It is in The Name of Jesus we both ask & thank You,aman.amen.
