10 days then Yom Kippur:
Yom Kippur begins at sunset, October 7 and ends at nightfall, October 8, 2011

I am looking at one command each of these 10 days...
#1) "I am the Lord thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage."
broke it:bound to mortal people & even things.
2) "Thou shalt have no other Gods before Me." I failed here,also:husband took precedence,even before children,thank You,LORD,for Your forgiveness
3) "Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain." How many times i said "I swear to God" then bailed out!
4)" Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy" a day??? I could barely take time in am and pm for some ritual prayer..
5) Honor thy father and thy mother. Only command with a promise,and yet i defied this.
6) Thou shalt not murder.Gossip,character assain!
7) Thou shalt not commit adultery.Jesus said even in thought:I am guilty.
8) Thou shalt not steal".If they paid me enough,i would not have to take this" yes,though,said and did!
9) Thou shalt not bear false witness against they neighbor."tell her i'm not home" i would say to my own child...lying to neighbor and using my own child to do so...I would even lay on the floor and say "tell her I'm laying down"...
10) Thou shalt not covet anything that belongs to thy neighbor. This is perhaps the worse,for you see,I could not keep the others preceding this,so how could i ever even try to do 'right' in this?

*Jesus did not deserve what He suffered,in my stead!
LORD,I thank You for Sending Jesus,that I be forgiven for failing You,yet made righteous by His Blood to stand before You and call out ABBA!
